Vibration table for the production of nozzles in fire resistant concrete for the steel industry | |
![]() | • This vibration table is used in the production of nozzles in fire resistant concrete; • The nozzles are used for blowing oxygen into the converter during the manufacture of steel; • The working area is fortified with ribs, which are attached to the vibration tubes as vibration exciters; |
![]() | • This vibration table is used for the production of large concrete details such as ceilings, walls, concrete desks and many other products; • It is designed for the compaction of large products up to and exceeding dimensions of 12 metres by 4 metres; • The final overall table is created from a series of individual adjustable vibration tables; |
| • The vibration table is designed for the production of railway sleepers, which are produced in a 12 metre long mould; • There are 6 sleepers in each mould; • The mould is placed across 3 vibration tables and magnetically attached; • Steel wires are stretched throughout the length of the mould; • The mould is filled with concrete and compacted by vibration; • When the concrete is hardened the sleepers are removed from the mould - 6 sleepers x 12 metres long, and the pre-stressed wires are cut; • The final sleepers are 2 metres each in length; • No photographs are currently available for this product. | |
![]() | • This vibration table is used for the production of stud floors; • It is used to prepare floors suitable for use by animals, where hygiene conditions are important; • In this situation the concrete panels have small holes on one side and channels on the reverse side; • As the holes are small they do not cause problems to the legs of the animals; • Urine and faeces can permeate through the holes and into the drainage system; • Because of the aggressive nature of the urine and faeces it is necessary to use high quality concrete panels, which must be compacted to a very high standard; |
