STANDARD VIBRATION TABLES
| VS 560 Vibration Table | |
![]() | • The VS 560 vibration table is used for compaction of ceramic particles for a catalytic furnace. |
| VS 564 Vibration Table | |
![]() | • This table includes electromagnets to enable the clamping of moulds and is used for the production of small ceramics details used within the iron and steel industry; • The vibrator has 3 excenters, 2 of which can be independently adjusted with respect to the third excenter. This arrangement ensures the ability to adjust the acceleration independently of the revolutions; • The vibration table is also equipped with frequency converter which can change the revolution in range 20 to 60 Hz. The 2 controlling elements, the adjustable excenters and the frequency converter enable acceleration adjustment in a wide range; • The reason for this feature was to enable the production of a laboratory vibration table, which could be used for ceramic material testing. This test consists of determining the rheological properties of green ceramics at different accelerations and frequencies. |
| VS 566 Vibration Table | |
![]() | • The active area of the table is excited by 2 vibration tubes; • Each vibration tube has its own motor; • Vibration of the table is auto-synchronised to accommodate both vibration tubes; • The table is designed for the production of small ceramic details. |
| VS 569 Vibration Table | |
![]() | • The VS 569 vibration table is used as laboratory equipment for the testing of ceramic materials; • On the top of the table is a holder for four moulds, which are used to test ceramic material compaction. |
